- Abhimanyu is a top order batsman and plays for Bengal Team and he also plays for India Red team and India A.
- He made his Ranji Trophy debut for Bengal in 2013 and played his first match in Ranji on December 14, 2013 against Uttar Pradesh.
- Later 2 years, Easwaran made his List A debut and played his first List A match on December 17, 2015 against Madhya Pradesh.
- He made his Twenty20 debut for Bengal Team on 31 January 2017 in the 2016–17 season of Inter State Twenty-20 Tournament.
