Chetan Sakariya Wiki Biography: Chetan Sakariya was born on August 20, 1998 in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. He is an Indian cricketer who represents Saurashtra in domestic cricket.

Chetan Sakariya made his List A debut for Saurashtra Team in the 2017-18 season of Vijay Hazare Trophy and played his first List A match on 22 February 2018. He made his first-class debut for Saurashtra Ranji Team in the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy season and played his first Ranji match on 20 November 2018. He made his Twenty20 debut for Saurashtra in the 2018-19 Syed Mushtaq All Trophy Ali Trophy on 21 February 2019.

In February 2021 IPL Auction, Chetan was signed by the Rajasthan Royals for the 2021 IPL Season ahead of the 2021 Indian Premier League. He was bought for INR 1.2 Crore by Rajasthan for the 2021 IPL Season. Chetan was then bought by Delhi Capitals for the price of INR 4.20 Crore in IPL 2022 mega auction that was held in February 2022.

• He made his first-class debut for Saurashtra in the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy on 20 November 2018
• Chetan Sakariya  made his List A debut for Surashtra in the 2017-18 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 22 February 2018
• He made his Twenty20 debut for Saurashtra in the 2018-19 Syed Mushtaq All Trophy Ali Trophy on 21 February 2019.
• Sakariya was then bought by the Rajasthan Royals franchise in the IPL auction ahead of the 2021 season of Indian Premier League.
• In recently conducted Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy he finished as the sixth highest wicket-taker, at a staggering economy rate of 4.90.
• After seeing his performance in first leg of IPL 2021, Sakariya was also named in the India’s ODI and T20I squads in June 2021 for series against Sri Lanka.
• Later, on 23rd July 2021, he made his ODI debut for India against Sri Lanka in 3rd ODI of the series.
• He was then signed by Delhi Capitals for a sum of INR 4.20 Crore for IPL 2022.
