- Leah made her domestic debut in the Women’s Super-Series for Scorchers team in 2015.
- Later she switched to Typhoons team in 2016 and played for them till 2019.
- She made her ODI debut against India on 7 May 2017 in the 2017 South Africa Quadrangular Series.
- Then Leah was named the Female Youth International Player of the Year at the annual Cricket Ireland Awards in November 2018.
- Leah was also selected in the squad for Women’s Twenty20 International (WT20I) for series against West Indies in May 2019 but she did not get place in playing XI.
- Then she made her WT20I debut on 8 August 2019 against Netherlands.
