- Momina made her music debut back in the year 2004. She made her debut by recording her first cover of Irish singer Damien Rice’s song “The Blower’s Daughter”
- Then in 2010, she recorded a song with the name “Sajna” for their album Junoon 20 in Volume I.
- She has also written the lyrics of the song “Pee Jaun”, and sung it with Farhan Saeed in 2012.
