- After her participation in the Indian Idol show, Neha started doing various concerts and event performances across the world.
- In the year 2008, She released her debut album with the name Neha The Rockstar in which she performed some romantic songs and its music was given by Meet Bros.
- Then in 2008, Neha made her Bollywood debut with the song “Hai Rama” in the movie Meerabai Not Out (2008) when she was called by her friend from the studio of composer Sandesh Shandilya, who was in need of a new voice for recording this song.
