Sanju Samson Wiki Biography: Sanju Viswanath Samson better known as Sanju Samson is an Indian Cricketer who was born in Trivandrum City of Kerala, India.
Samson is one of the best young cricketers who represents Kerala Ranji Team in Indian Domestic Cricket. Sanju has also played for Under-19 Indian Team and was the vice captain of the team. He has also Scored a fastest double century in List A cricket in a Vijay Hazare Trophy match between Kerala and Goa.
Sanju Samson is one of the best young player in the IPL. In IPL 2012 season he was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders Squad but he didn’t play any match that season. Later in 2013 IPL season, he was bought by Rajasthan Royals and impressed everyone with hit Batting skills. Then in 2016 IPL season he was bought by Delhi Daredevils and played with them till 2017. Sanju was again signed by Rajasthan Royals for 2018 IPL season. He is currently the part of Rajasthan Royals Squad.

Career
- In Indian Domestic Cricket, Sanju plays for his State team Kerala.
- His first-class debut for Kerala came on 3rd November 2011.
- In the Ranji Trophy 2015-16, he also captained Kerala Ranji Team and became the youngest captain in the Ranji Trophy.
- In Ranji Trophy 2017-18 Season, Sanju was the leading run scorer of the season by scoring 627 runs in 7 Matches.
- Then in 2014, Sanju was selected in the Squad for England in India’s National Team but was not given any chance in playing 11 and didn’t play any match on the tour.
- Then in the year 2015, Sanju got his first breakthrough and made his debut against Zimbabwe.
- In October 2019, Sanju made the fastest double century by scoring 212 of 129 balls in a Vijay Hazare match against Goa.
- Later in the same month, Sanju was selected in the National team for a series against Bangladesh.
- In November 2019, He played a match against West Indies in his home town Trivandrum and got a huge ovation from the spectators.

- Samson was initially bought by Kolkata Knight Riders franchise for 2012 IPL Season but he didn’t get any chance in playing 11 in whole season.
- Then in 2013 IPL season, Sanju was bought by Rajasthan Royals team and made his IPL debut on 13th April 2013.
- Then in the second match that season, Sanju made his maiden half century in IPL by scoring 63 of 41 balls and became the youngest player to score a half century in IPL and won the Best Young Player Award in 2013.
- Rajasthan Royals retained Sanju for 2014 IPL season and played few crucial innings for his team.
- Then in IPL 2015, Sanju didn’t scored much runs and scoring just one 50+ score that season.
- Sanju was bought by Delhi Daredevils for 2016 IPL season for 4.2 Crores.
- Sanju was retained by Delhi Daredevils for 2017 IPL season and scored a maiden IPL Century that season against Rising Pune Supergiants.
- Then in 2018, he was again bought by Rajasthan Royals franchise and played some crucial knocks for his team.
- He was even retained by Rajasthan Royals Team for 2019 IPL season and in that season, he scored his second IPL century against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
- In the year 2019, He became the youngest batsman to score 2000 runs in IPL.
- In 2021, Sanju Captained the Rajasthan Royals Team in IPL 2021 Season.
